Our client is a manufacturer of OHM Pipe Tobacco & Filtered Cigars based in Mount Prospect, IL. Our client offer a wide range of products such as OHM pipe tobacco, OHM filtered cigars, Shargio tubes, Shargio injectors, rollers, & machines, Shargio pipes, and many more accessories.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts.
- Use telephone, email, and internet contact to build and maintain strong connections with new and existing partners.
- Creating actionable business strategies
- Understanding client requirements
- Finding Prospective leads
- Using networks and online research, identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Follow up on any sales leads, clearly providing pertinent facts.
- Analysing Market Trends
- Conducting extensive market research
- Creating a Sales pipeline
- Forecast sales revenue
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients.
- New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions.
- Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Zoho CRM
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
