Executive - Inside Sales - Mobile Reseller/Authorized Service Center (1-6 yrs)
Job Description
- You see the world through the eyes of the customer by deeply understanding their business needs, challenges, and concerns.
- You empower others to learn, to be curious and ultimately, share your passion for the Apple story. When challenged with complex questions, you share your deep knowledge of how our hardware, software and services integrate.
- Communicate and coordinate with teammates as appropriate to ensure effective customer retention plans.
- Need to Have Inside Sales experience or equivalent PASSION.
- Proven ability to generate and close sales opportunities in their current position.
Day shifts Only (10 am 10 pm working window). 9 Hours Shift
6 Days working(Rotational off)

- Should have convincing and negotiation skills
- Keeping themselves updated on product knowledge and other sales schemes.
- Maintain company guidelines and sound positive and pleasing while interacting with customers
- Understand customer needs and demonstrate the product accordingly
- Should have very good communication skills
