Job Location : Mumbai
Experience Required : 1 yr to 5 yrs Any degree 4 LPA - 5 LPA with variable 1 LPA Max 32 Years age
- Reporting to City Head Individual contributor role Only Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun working Indian Shift
- Customer Service Customs Handling Excellent communication skills Sales presentation
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Active internet connection
Responsibilites :
- Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms.
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversions.
- Regular follow ups with potential clients/ patients.
- Over all problem solving for customers and coordination as necessary.
- Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate with the required doctor who shall visit the patient
- Analyze quality of calls and strive for improvement.
Must Have Skills :
Fluency in English
2. Confidence
3. Selling skills - (Presence of Mind, Knowledge of Product, Ability to Engage Customers during the telephonic conversation)
4. Should know about the JD and the Company.
