ROLES & REQUIREMENTS :
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and WhatsApp messaging .
- Good knowledge in GOVT level competitive examinations (PSC , SSC , etc.... ).
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers place online with everything they need.
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers .
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to reporting manager.
- Keep prospective client database updated daily .
- Reference collection from existing customers . Make a good rapport with the customers.
