Job Description:
1. New Business Development & Lead Generation to get MNC Software/Captive/SAP Clients for IT Staffing Services
2. Handling social and digital marketing initiatives.
3. Do marketing using social (LinkedIn) & digital media
4. Handle email campaigns using CRM
5. Market Research of prospects using virtual bench & fix meetings at C-level
6. Post on boarding client relationship to get repeat business
6. Keep yourself updated about the technical skills
7. Build strong client relationship to get repeat business in IT Contract Staffing
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Should have 1-3 yrs of experience in New Client Acquisition & Lead Generation for IT contract staffing.
- Should have exp in adding MNC IT client & Fixing Client meeting to promote IT/SAP Staffing offerings
- Excellent in using social media & job portals for lead generation
- Excellent comm. skills
- Positive Attitude, High on Energy
- Ready to join within 15-20 days
- Ready to work in Pune.
