About Inside Sales Executive role :
As an Inside Sales Executive you are responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts, close sales and meet targets. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
Responsibilities (not exhaustive)
Some key responsibilities include:
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing and Linkedin.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities through detailed discovery
- Developing in-depth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects in the purchasing process
- Closing sales and achieving sales targets. the ideal candidate education / skill set
Some key functionalities include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or another similar field experience

- 3 to 5 years of working experience
- Experience in demand generation & business development for US market / developed market
- Comfortable working US hours
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Salesforce
- Tech-savvy
- Goal-oriented and independent learner
- Proven sales experience
Location: Bangalore, WFH temporarily
