Specific Requirement :
- Should have experience in selling IT solutions in Indian market only.
- Female candidates will be preferable
- Should have experience / skills in market research and lead generation through internet and other platforms like LinkedIn, Job Portals, JustDial, etc
Job Responsibilities :
1. Research companies as per defined target segment / industry
2. Research to shortlist the right people/ decision makers
3. Get email & phone
4. Cold Call & Email or followup on warm leads
5. Pitch about our solutions & products (IT driven solutions & services targeting B2B)
6. Setup meeting for field sales team to meet and close
7. Share content/marketing material until conversion and beyond
8. Push offers
9. Get audience to events and other marketing activities
10. Respond to inbound enquiries
11. Work closely with marketing
12. Work closely with sales
Skills & Competency :
1. Education - BCom, BE, BSc, BCA
2. Experience - 1-2 years in B2B inside-sales/ Outbound calling (India customers)
3. 9-7pm shift (no night shift)
4. Target Audience: MD/CEO/CHRO/COO of India based Companies in various industries
5. Language: Excellent in Speaking & Writing English + Conversation in Hindi
6. Variable: 90:10 (with Quota/Targets)
