This is a key responsible position in International B2B Sales team for IT Services & solutions sales (Application Development, Mobile App Development, Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation, Product Development). The person would be reporting to sales manager and responsible to generate BANT qualified B2B leads in the International market. It is an evening/flexible shift PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME job.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- This is a target oriented job role where the person has to meet/exceed monthly lead generation targets given by the company
- Identification of target CXO level prospects for company's IT Solutions and Services in the International market
- Setting up appointments for sales team with the prospects
- BANT qualified lead generation through LinkedIn, Cold Calling, Email Marketing and various other channels
- Need analysis of prospects and helping clients in making decisions towards Qualtech's services & solutions
- The person will identify prospect companies in the given specifications and then identify contacts with their contact details
- Database generation and management
- Campaign creation, campaign management, client nurture and conversion
- Regular updation of CRM and daily/weekly reporting to senior authority
Qualification and Skills:
Mandatory Skills
- Must have 2-5 years- experience in B2B (CXO level) BANT Qualified lead generation in US Market for IT Services & solutions (Application Development, Mobile App Development, Quality Assurance, Digital Transformation, Product Development)
- Hands on experience on CRM tools, LinkedIn, MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, etc.
- Able to work independently, dedicatedly, quick learner and flexible on work timings
- Presentable, good presentation and communication skills
- Cold calling to US contacts
