Executive - Inside Sales - IT Services & Solutions (0-4 yrs)
Inside Sales Executive
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Calling : Reaching out to customers in various industries like retail, manufacturing, and telecom, industrial, health care to generate lead for IT Software/Hardware Solutions and services.
- Lead generation, follow up and closures : Generating Leads through prospective customers in various industries like retail, manufacturing, telecom, industrial, health care to generate opportunities for IT services and solutions
- Research and Profiling : Search, Identification and Building of prospect database of companies according to the project requirement. Data assimilation from social and other internet data sources like LinkedIn.
- Managing customer/client information
- Sending follow-up emails& proposals to the clients and prospects
- Sales reporting
Skills Required :
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Verbal and written both) Good in research (Primary & Secondary)
- Outbound Demand Generation in B2B, Tele sales, and exposure to IT Concepts (IT selling/lead generation experience will be preferred)
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Experienced with tele sales of enterprise technology solutions.
- Technology Marketing Agency experience preferred, Inside Sales in IT companies or Inside Sales in Other Verticals (selling to B2B customers)
- Minimum 6 Months of relevant experience in same field
- Should be a graduate with any specialization.
- Excellent English communication, both written and oral is a must
