Executive - Inside Sales - IT Services (1-4 yrs)
An IT shared services company is looking to hire smart Business Development Executives (Insides Sales). Immediate joiners preferred who can start working from home due to Covid-19.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business leads via calls to the UAE & other target locations as assigned.
- Confidently interact with CxO- s
- Maintain call volume of 50-70 calls/emails and other contact mechanisms to qualify leads and create a pipeline for the Business Development Team.
- Qualifying the leads thus generated, identify need, pitch, basic objection handling for Technology Services.
- Set up appointments through WebEx/ conference calls.
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects within target.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Graduation in any field (undergraduate with relevant experience can be considered)
- IT certification and knowledge will be an added advantage
- Candidate should sound enthusiastic and display a neutral accent.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are a must.
- Candidates who have worked on the UAE process will be preferred.
- Ability to articulate well, and communicate clearly and effectively
- Good rapport-building skills
- Proven track record in software services (Managed Services Portfolio or Similar) inside sales
- Able to develop strong relationships
- Identify appropriate database and experience (Profiling)
- Dedicated, self-motivated and a team player
- Ability to learn quickly and apply that learning to interactions with prospects
- Ability to adapt to dynamic business requirements and priorities
- Candidates who are inclined towards technology services will have an added advantage.
