Executive - Inside Sales - IT (4-5 yrs)
- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing, and other lead generation activities
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships
- Convert Leads to Qualified Opportunities leveraging strong customer understanding skills, following the BANT guideline, by identifying the correct decision makers/influencers and understanding their requirements along with timelines and budget (BANT).
- Work closely with the Marketing team to successfully executive Marketing Campaigns for her/his business territory in close coordination with the CC and NC
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation DB, Reporting, and Lead Gen. Activity Tracker
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
- Establish & maintain strong relationships with clients & new prospects (following up on inbound leads from different sources, proactive cold calling; and following up on outbound marketing campaigns)
- Update Sales Reporting Tools (IS Business Scorecards, CRMs, XLs, etc.) on a regular basis
- Present the performance progress in weekly Rhythm of Business calls and Reviews.
