Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Vensai Technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions from Vensai's product/service offerings.
- Effectively manage and nurture a sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to company revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and customer interactions.
- Provide timely feedback to management on market trends and competitor analysis.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or IT industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet/exceed sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software for tracking and reporting sales activities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
