Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Understand the business and the potential
2. Analysing market and sales information
3. Identification of prospective clients.
4. Set up a Brand identification strategy and execution plan
5. Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and maintaining research databases.
6. Set and track sales targets for team
7.Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process
8. Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
9. Use customer feedback to generate ideas about new features or products
10. Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement
11.Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met
12.Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
1. The candidate should have experience in the preparation and execution of a sales strategy.
2. In depth Understanding of sales process
3. Sales Matrix
4. B2B Product Sales experience is mandatory
5. Experience in Salesforce and or other CRM tools Client Engagement
