Executive - Inside Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
As an Inside Sales Executive, your role would be to develop contacts with the potential leads, understand their requirements, explain the solutions and value propositions and create qualified prospects for the Business Team.
- To build expertise in all Products and Solutions.
- Organize product presentations and demonstrations
- Explain all features and benefits of the solutions
- Build a strong relationship with the decision-makers
- Meet and exceed Closing-Rate targets of inbound and self-generated leads in assigned regions, based on management directive
- Maintenance of Client information in the CRM system
- Consult clients in selecting a product portfolio that matches their business needs based on their demographics
- Collaborate with the Sales team to close the business
Requirements :
- Self Driven and focused on completing the task
- Outstanding Communication Skills
- Proficient in CRM, excel, and office
- Excellent Interpersonal, Communication, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic and passion for sales
- Excellent verbal communication Skills in English, Hindi
- Knowledge of Manufacturing domain, ERP, etc would be an added advantage
