Executive - Inside Sales - IT (3-6 yrs)
- Communicating with customers and making calls & emails to potential customers, and channelling leads to Business Head.
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing basic technical info & explanations as required.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers list updating a log of customer interactions, outcomes and follow up required
- Uphold standards of self-motivation, time management & productivity, maintaining a workspace that is clean, organized and professional.
- Should able to manage Vendor relationship for commercials, lead time and credit terms.
- Promoting the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Should be working with the top sales Team of the Organisation.
- Should be able to handle the work pressure.
- Should have good negotiation & customer prospecting skills.
- Should have a good command of social lead generation tools like LinkedIn.
Requirements
- 3-4 Yrs. of sales experience in IT (Hardware/Software).
- Should be Graduate.
- Good Communication Skill verbal and written.
- Should have past experience in IT and IT Security industries.
- Ready to Work on Yearly Targets.
