Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-9 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate daily sales quotations for Microsoft Products.
- Should have working knowledge of Microsoft products and Licences
- Diligently follow up on sent quotations to drive sales conversions.
- Secure Purchase Orders (POs) from customers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Obtain competitive prices from vendors to meet customer orders at advantageous costs.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products to customers.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Keep accurate records of daily material transactions.
- Collaborate closely with customers for ongoing sales and support initiatives.
Skills Required :
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Products.
- Should have working knowledge of Microsoft products and Licences
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet research.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
