Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-6 yrs)
Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas.
Required Skills :
- Bachelors in any discipline of engineering with Masters in Business Administration or related field
- Having 2+ years of experience in Inside Sales & B2B Sales
- Excellent communication skills including high proficiency in the presentation
- Hands on experience in IT Software Services
- Cold Calling, Generating leads, Acquiring Clients
- Strong oral-written skills
- High energy and proactive with the ability to operate in an independent environment under pressure.
Responsibilities :
- Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing clients through exceptional after-sales service.
- Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and emailing.
- Identifying Business and Partnership opportunities for the company via Market Research and Lead Generation activities.
- Generate new leads and set appointments for the Sales Managers, within a defined territory, for specific lines of business, through cold calling campaigns.
- Expertise in working with Microsoft Office tools and adapt using CRM Tools.
- Establishing and cultivating healthy relationships with prospective customers.
