Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Key Result Areas: 3 qualified leads per month with clarity on prospects - Budget - Authority - Need - Timeline - 12 leads per quarter
- Conduct research to find contacts in target companies in Fintech industry
- Outbound reach through - mails, calls, linkedin, other mediums to generate leads
- Qualify the lead and set up meeting between prospect and internal stakedholders
- Collaboration with Sales team
- DB creation for the Finance in India and maintenance in CRM
- Account and market based research
- Support marketing events with required outbound activities
- Understanding of Company offering, messaging and target customer person
Skillset & Experience Required
- Proven track record of working and achieving lead generation targets with companies of size 50M+ (mid to large size financial services clients) in revenue or funding
- Experience in e2e lead generation process for IT services/products firms in India
- Ability to understand Company offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects - understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details
- Good to have work experience mid to large size IT services firms
- Expert in sales tools such as sales navigator, linkedin, lusha or any other lead generation tool
- Excellent verbal and written communication - drafing mails and calls
- Experience on using a CRM system and understand sales process
- Experience in sending mass mails using tools
- Proficient in mass mailing tool, CRM, Gsuite, MS office - Excel, powerpoint and word
