Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-3 yrs)
- We are hiring Inside Sales Executives having 2 or more years of experience in generating Leads from International Market for Software services like Mobile Apps, Web Apps through voice call, LinkedIn, Chat etc.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and linked-in or any other online media to generate leads within the US market and other markets too.
- Research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations, including CEOs, IT directors, and procurement managers.
- Engage with prospects to understand their IT challenges, goals, and requirements, positioning our services as solutions to their needs.
- Articulate the value proposition of our IT services offerings, addressing key pain points and differentiation.
- Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and fit, and pass on qualified opportunities to the sales team for further engagement.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions and progress in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets to contribute to overall company growth objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform lead generation strategies and messaging.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 2 plus years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development within the IT services industry, will be preferable.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
