Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-3 yrs)
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team at our Mumbai office. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in lead generation, customer communication, and sales closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, with a specific emphasis on ERP/CRM solutions. Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct lead generation activities to identify potential customers.
- Communicate effectively with prospects, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas through proactive engagement and effective sales techniques.
Qualifications :
- 2 to 3 years of experience in Inside Sales with a focus on ERP/CRM solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales quotas.
- Experience in lead generation and customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Additional Skills :
- Previous experience in the D365/ERP/CRM IT industry is highly desirable.
- Strong phone presence with experience in making a high volume of calls daily.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
