Executive - Inside Sales - IT (2-3 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to have a meaningful conversation with Senior official and CXOs
- Strong understanding of the overall lead management lifecycle
- Sales orientation with good verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi languages)
- Own the creation and maintenance of prospect user data
- Search, create and manage prospect database from secondary research (web, social media etc)
- Managing leads and user / prospect data in a CRM system
- Hands-on experience on working with CRM systems like Salesforce would be an added advantage
- Experience in GIS technology / industry would be an added advantage
- Skilled in working with MS-office suite.
