Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-5 yrs)
- You should already be familiar with cloud management platforms, Cloud Sales
- You will sell our product in assigned territories (India, USA, UK, UAE) via telephone or through electronic means.
- Sales can be made through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Provides support by qualifying new leads and assisting with managing accounts.
- Builds relationships by regularly calling on accounts within the assigned territory to solicit orders and to cultivate new business.
- Keeps customers informed about services, prices, and new products.
- Understands customer's business requirements and articulates NetApp's value to the customer
- Supports the Partner to quote tech refresh, products, service upgrades, and renewal options
- Works independently on managing and closing opportunities
- Acts as the first point of contact within the sales organization for existing and new customers when calling with product questions
- Finds opportunities to expand within existing, but also with new accounts (cold calling) in assigned territory
- Willingness to be measured by monthly metrics.
- Very good verbal and written communications, presentation, customer service, business, selling negotiation and analytical skills.
