Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-4 yrs)
1. Lead generation and engagement.
2. Generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling, mailers, internet search like- linkedin, Fundoo, Indiamart etc
3. Should achieve daily quota of outbound calls.
4. Initiate contact with decision makers and influence rs within organizations and HR Outsourcing agencies for building relationships, Identifying new opportunities and selling company product.
5. Create qualified leads and pipeline that drives sales/ calling quota / achieve monthly, quarterly revenue and margin targets
6. Discuss and convey the advantages of the product & solution offering
7. Meet and exceed all monthly and annual sales quotas.
8. Qualify and answer questions regarding the Product, solution and services
9. Log Lead generation / managements activity and contacts in sales system or CRM
10. Develop a database of prospective client companies in Specified location & across various sectors.
11. Hindi Speaking is must
