Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-3 yrs)
Job Objective : Responsible for Lead Generation for B2B sales
Primary Responsibilities :
- Database building and maintenance
- Build domain and product knowledge
- Qualified Lead Generation -
1. Target Market segments
2. Profiling of prospect companies
3. Build company intelligence decision makers, influencers
4. Build connects with prospects
5. Contact prospects, get relevant information on their GRC / GST solution needs
- Set up appointments, and pass to Field Sales
- Email Marketing
- Receive enquiries from Partners, and provide Sales support to Partners
- Sales Support to Direct Sales team
- Sales Operations
- Any other tasks as may be assigned
Basic Qualifications :
- 1-3 years of software or digital or SAAS business experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience working with emerging technologies
- Proven ability to prospect, outreach, and manage executive level relationships
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences at the C level
- Strong presentation, sales, and negotiation skills; ability to close high value and high profile deals
- Strong ownership; ability to internalize goals and work independently to create appropriate action plans for those goals
- Meticulous attention to detail: ability to juggle many tasks in parallel without lowering your quality bar
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
- Comfort working with a broad range of technology tools including CRM, Excel, PPT, Word etc
