We have urgent opening for Inside Sales executive with one of our leading clients
Role: Team Lead - Inside Sales executive
Notice Period : Immediate to 1 month
Location : Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Experience : 1-2 years
Qualification Required: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Job Description:
1. Candidate will be assigned to a inside sales person.
2. She will be responsible for invoicing, billing, ensuring quantity and rates match & handling any other other back office work.
3. Scrutinizing purchase order and coordinating for material accordingly.
4. Ensuring renewals happen before due date.
5. Negotiate with customer on new rates, raising revised invoice.
6. Ensure payment collection is done on time.
7. Ensure pending/stuck cases are escalated in time and solved immediately.
8. The job would involve constant interaction with customers over phone.
Skills:
1. Should be able to effectively communicate with customers over phone and email in excellent English.
2. Basic knowledge of billing will be preferred
