Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-2 yrs)
- Generate revenue by understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information as per requirements.
- Make customers interested in adjustment of sales presentation based on success/fail averages and current working process.
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and identifying the sales opportunity.
- Follow the suggested script provided for calling and sales
- Capture Customer information and provide the information about product based on need
- Always up-to-dated with all features of products
- Daily-Weekly-Monthly reports to be Updated and send for manager
Expected Target & Achievements :
- Daily-Weekly-Monthly target to be achieved
- Daily : 150 Calls / 80 connected calls Or 3 hours talktime
- Weekly : 10 Demo's and 2 customer to be converted as sales
- Monthly : Rs. 100000/- to be achieved for Software sales
