Executive - Inside Sales - IT (1-10 yrs)
Job Description
1. Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email interactions.
2. Diligent follow-ups with inbound leads supported by subsequent email communications.
3. Route qualified leads the to the outside sales team by initiating appointments.
4. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
5. Maintain strong MIS of all leads and accounts.
6. Have a strong eye for research and the ability to scout for new prospects, identify the key players in an industry and gather interest
Competencies and Skills Required
1. Must possess good communication skills.
2. Must have good planning and organizational skills.
3. Strong understanding the of sales cycle.
4. Strong secondary/internet research skills.
5. Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing, and converting a potential lead to appointments.
6. Proven inside sales experience
7. Track record of over-achieving quota
8. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
9. Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
10. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
11. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
12. Strong listening and presentation skills
13. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
14. BA/BS degree or equivalent
