Executive - Inside Sales - IT (0-2 yrs)
Job Overview :
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling a broad range of IT software and hardware products to new and existing customers. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead Generation & Prospecting :
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and emails.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage and track prospects and opportunities effectively.
Customer Engagement :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand customer challenges and provide appropriate solutions.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key benefits and features.
Sales Process Management :
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure customer requirements are met.
Product Knowledge :
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT software and hardware offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
- Educate customers on the benefits and advantages of the products being offered.
Reporting & Analysis :
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Sales Manager.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction and market conditions.
Customer Service :
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering (BE) and/or Master's in Business Administration (MBA), BBA is required.
- Experience : Minimum of 1+ years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills :
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge :
- Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software.
- Familiarity with cloud computing solutions, SaaS, and other emerging technologies.
