- Candidate must have good experience in cold calling, lead generation, setting appointment, effective followup with client.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Acquisition : Identify potential clients and get them on board by understanding their IT needs and presenting appropriate solutions.
- Cold Calling : Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling to introduce our IT services and solutions.
- HR Outreach : Contact HR departments to inquire about their need for candidates and present our IT staffing solutions.
- Lead Generation : Generate new business leads through various channels including online research, networking, and referrals.
- Appointment Setting : Schedule meetings and appointments with potential clients for the sales team.
- Follow-Up : Conduct effective follow-up calls and emails to maintain and nurture client relationships.
- Rapport Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Communication : Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in an inside sales role, preferably within the IT industry.
- Excellent cold calling skills with the ability to generate leads and set appointments.
- Strong rapport-building and relationship management skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with HR departments and other stakeholders.
- Team player with a collaborative approach to achieving sales goals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, particularly in the IT sector.
