We are looking for a motivated and dynamic 'Inside Sales Executive' to join our growing sales team. The 'Inside Sales Executive' will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and converting leads into clients, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social media.
2. Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual presentations and product demos to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of Globussoft's products and services.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients.
4. Sales Conversion: Qualify leads, create proposals, and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
5. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align on messaging, campaigns, and product offerings.
7. CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipelines using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
8. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and forecast data for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Experience: 0- 1 year of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the IT/technology sector.
2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects and clients effectively.
3. Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working with CRM software.
4. Customer Focused: Strong customer relationship-building skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
5. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning and explaining technology products and services.
6. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management.
7. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
