Executive - Inside Sales - Internet/eCommerce (1-2 yrs)
Inside Sales Executive - Pune
Major Duties :
- Calling old clients for their upcoming requirement.
- Call prospective clients to check if they have any requirement and set up meeting appointment with Sales Executive.
- Manage and update client calling database on daily basis.
- Coordinate actual requirement completion using WhatsApp, direct calling and our website.
- Follow up with clients for payment
- Send completion certificates to participants through email.
Requirements :
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent communication skills : being able to explain new web based model easy to understand, and the ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions.
- Self-Starter and highly motivated.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to learn and be creative within the role.
- Need to have hunger for Achieving targets.
