Executive - Inside Sales - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Title : Inside Sales Executive
Sales Outreach :
- Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to prospects.
- Effectively communicate product or service offerings and value propositions.
- Build and maintain rapport with potential customers.
Fixing Meetings at Site & Quotation :
- Try to understand the requirements and quote accordingly with pier approvals.
- Fixing Meetings if Clients asking/Or there is need for site visit before quoting.
- Address customer questions and objections.
- Customize sales pitches to match customer needs
Sales Closure :
- Close sales deals and meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Create and send sales contracts and proposals.
CRM Management :
- Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
- Track all sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
- Generate reports on sales performance.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services when appropriate.
Market Research :
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Share market insights and feedback with the sales and marketing teams.
Documentation :
- Maintain accurate records of Quotes/Estimates and sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular/Daily/Weekly sales reports.
