Responsibilities :
- Drive Inside Sales operation for US, UK, and Europe regions
- Conducting an effective market and industry analysis to identify prospects
- Conducting targeted email campaigns and cold calls and reaching key decision-makers / CTO organizations in target companies to generate leads
- Generation of customer's interest and arranging for a meeting/teleconference with company's Sales and/or Business Development team.
- Identifying opportunities by speaking to customers, understanding their requirements, educating them on Technology Offerings, and narrowing down possible opportunities of partnering.
- Market research and database creation from a list of target geo/industry
- Monthly and quarterly targets for leads generated and opportunities created.
Activities :
- 1-4 years of experience in Inside Sales lead generation, cold calling, and response management
- Industry knowledge of eLearning Platforms, Content Management, Platform ISV, Retail ISV, eCommerce Platforms, Automotive, Industrial Systems, Silicon and Consumer Electronics (any of these) preferred
- Working knowledge of tools like SFDC or Marketo etc.
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of Inside Sales activities, lead generation, and cold calling
- Understanding of technology selling related to the defined industry sector
- The candidate must be a keen learner and must be an individual with a proven track record
- Ability to talk and understand business and convince executive management of target companies for meetings
- Willing to work across all Geographies, hence night and noon shifts are inevitable
