Executive - Inside Sales - HRTech & eLearning Solutions (3-5 yrs)
Job Profile :
- As an Inside Sales Executive at Actuate Microlearning, you'll play a pivotal role in generating leads via various channels with potential prospects.
- You will be at the forefront of introducing our cutting-edge HR-Tech and Learning solutions to businesses, creating lasting partnerships that enhance their learning and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and engage potential prospects; reach out to them via various channels to solicit their interest in our products
- Set-up meetings for the Account Executives with these prospects
- Ensure the prospects attend these meetings
- Provide insights to enhance our sales strategies and approaches
What We are Looking For ?

1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 3-5 years experience in inside sales, prospecting or lead generation
3. Must enjoy cold calling, cold emailing and social media outreach
4. Evolved communication skills :
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective prospect interactions
- Probing ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored solutions
5. Amiability/likeability
