Executive - Inside Sales - Hospitality (1-3 yrs)
1) Take inbound calls and solve customer queries and push for closures.
2) Manage client bookings if they come through online or through inbound calls
3) Up sell and Cross sell the product as and when conversations are made
4) Escalate any issues or problems to immediate manager
5) Close the leads that come in through queries or Bookings over tele call
