Executive - Inside Sales - Healthcare (3-5 yrs)
Job Holder Requirements:
1. Extensive experience in inside sales with number of years of experience : 3 - 5 years
2.Type of companies/sectors worked for: Ideally but not restricted to Healthcare Companies (Preference will be given for experience in B2B Inside sales in KPO/BPO)
3.Responsibilities managed in previous organization: tele sales,cold calling, inbound, outbound sales, lead generation,
manageing exports leads
4. Revenue Generation
5. Technology skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
6. Experience working with CRM (preferred)
7. Excellent verbal and written communications skills
8. Strong listening and presentation skills
9. Attention to detail
10. Proactive and aptitude for meeting aggressive deadlines
11.Language Proficiency: Read, write and speak fluently in English,Hindi and one more Indian language (Position can be language specific for zonal positions)
12. Drive new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and cold-call prospecting (outbound cold calls), leads driven via webinar, email promotions, trade shows / events, web enquiries and phone enquiries and other campaigns
13. Understand customer needs and requirements
14. Identify and close opportunities with existing customers
15. Establish relationship with proactive account management to increase customer contact
16. Facilitate qualified opportunities to the appropriate product/category team specialists for further technical discussions
