Executive - Inside Sales - Healthcare (3-5 yrs)
Job Holder Requirements:
- Extensive experience in inside sales with number of years of experience : 3 - 5 years
- Type of companies/sectors worked for: Ideally but not restricted to Healthcare Companies (Preference will be given for experience in B2B Inside sales in KPO/BPO)
- Responsibilities managed in previous organization: tele sales,cold calling, inbound, outbound sales, lead generation, managing exports leads
- Revenue Generation
- Technology skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
- Experience working with CRM (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Language Proficiency: Read, write and speak fluently in English,Hindi and one more Indian language (Position can be language specific for zonal positions)
- Drive new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and cold-call prospecting (outbound cold calls), leads driven via webinar, email promotions, trade shows / events, web enquiries and phone enquiries and other campaigns
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Identify and close opportunities with existing customers
- Establish relationship with proactive account management to increase customer contact
- Facilitate qualified opportunities to the appropriate product/category team specialists for further technical discussions
