Executive - Inside Sales - Healthcare (2-3 yrs)

- English speaking skills and excellent communication are a MUST.
- The candidate must have a strong sense of how many leads they can process per month, what conversion ratios they maintain and how they work on improving those conversion ratios, with guidance from team lead.
- We are open to hiring Nutritionists, Health coaches, lifestyle coaches etc, who are interested in robust sales.
- The office is in Sector 29, Gurgaon.
- This is a 6-day working week, but hybrid. Flexible working hours 10am - 6pm
- The interview will have 3 rounds, including a technical round.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Inside sales
- Prior healthcare experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent with follow-up
- Must be a good listener, and lend an empathetic ear
- Passionate about helping women
About the role:
1. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Inside Sales Team Executive to join Gytree, a rapidly growing women's health tech start-up.
2. You will be responsible to work with the Inside Sales team to increase conversion rates and support the team in day-to-day activities.
3. Directly calling customers/leads to conversion and understanding reasons for not converting.
4. Follow up with leads over WhatsApp and phone and keep leads warm with strategic reconnection.
5. Interacting with customers via Whatsapp through the CRM platform
5. Identifying different systems/process changes Gytree can make to increase the likelihood of conversion
