- To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set by the City P&L Head.
- To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service through structured discussions
- To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co Ordination(PWOC), 100%.
- To ensure that he and his/her team implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and spirit.
- Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem;resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey
- Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the benefits of our solution.
- To seek awareness about the company's vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts and action towards the same.
