Executive - Inside Sales - Healthcare (1-5 yrs)
- Handle Calls on Leads generated for clear aligner on our Digital platform.
- Describe the services and USP of the same and try to generate maximum conversations.
- Regular Follow ups with Potential clients/patients.
- Overall Problem solving for customers and coordination's as necessary.
- Handle any operations related activities that may be required.
- Tabulate and record responses from all channels on excels.
- Generate relevant reports from the same.
- Schedule appointments for patients and coordinate withe the required doctor who shall visit the patient.
- Analyze quality of the calls and strive for improvement.
