What you will do-
4 STEP PROCESS Engage: Understand: Assist: Build Relationship
1. Engage with customers through email and calls, who need Forex products. Millions of people daily require Forex products and we will provide you with the details of those customers. You have to connect with them to:
2. Understanding the requirement of the customer & providing complete information regarding foreign exchange products. (We will train you about the Products and services)
3. Assist customers seeking foreign exchange/remittances throughout the transaction in coordination with company Vendors/Branches or partnering banks.
4. Customer Relationship Management. Our customers who transact once with company just delighted by our services. And if you are with us, your role is to ensure that they are delighted and are happy with the Products provided to them.
Looking to Hire you if have:
1 .1-3 Years of experience in telesales. You have the patience to understand what customers want, and then with your ability and knowledge can provide them with the best service they need.
2. You have Excellent written & oral communication skills: and you feel people around you are impressed by the way you talk and politely manage them.
