Executive - Inside Sales - Financial Services (1-2 yrs)
Designation : Inside Sales Executive
Experience Required : 1-2 years of experience in sales
Pay : INR 3-4 LPA
Location : Noida Sector 15, Kolkata, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our financial advisory services.
- Qualify leads and assess potential client needs through effective questioning and active listening.
- Educate potential clients on the benefits of our services and tailor solutions to match their financial goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding our client base and achieving sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using our CRM system.
- Stay informed about market trends, products, and competitors to effectively position our services in the market.
- Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products and services
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term client relationships based on trust and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
