Executive - Inside Sales - ERP Product (2-4 yrs)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Businesses Administration, Business Management, or related field with experience of 2-4 years.
- Proven experience working as an Inside Sales executive.
- Must have a strong Desire to learn and ability to adapt soon.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educating and effectively answering common customer questions.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the inside sales staff receive quality leads to pursue.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all leads and actual sales.
- Evaluating current sales practices and procedures to determine whether they are effective in generating sales.
- Recommending and implementing improvements to current sales practices and procedures as needed.
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints.
- Be a street-smart executive.
- To effectively execute all the campaign and sales promotional activities.
- Should scout for unique opportunities for sales promotion, help the marketing team in designing sales promotional activities to capitalize on these opportunities
- Should keep a close watch on the competitor's activity and be updated
- Collaborate and add value through participation in review, providing comments and suggestions
- Achieving Sales Targets would be the ultimate key responsibility.
- Provide a reliable solution to a variety of problems using problem solving techniques
- Estimate level of effort, evaluate new options & offer suggestions to improve processes
- Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on priority in developing solutions in a timely manner.
