Roles and Responsibilities :
- Engaging with existing clients in order to cross-sell and up-sell our products and services.
- Using telemarketing to generate leads for our software solutions.
- Assisting with follow-ups and other activities in order to boost lead conversion.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Calling leads generated by digital marketing, webinars, and other means, and setting up demos for prospects with the pre-sales team.
- Responsibilities include hands on sales leadership. Define and execute territory and account sales plans for your assigned geographic territory and then meet and exceed sales quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirement and Skills :
- Post-Graduation or Graduation (B.Com Preferred)
- Strong listening and speaking abilities.
- Strong phone presence and dialing dozens of calls per day experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Prior sales experience in IT/software/B2B sales.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
Salary & Experience :
- Fresher/Minimum experience of at least 1 year in Inside Sales (preferred).
- Previous experience in Tally/software sales would be preferable.
