Executive - Inside Sales - Edutech Startup (0-3 yrs)

The startup enables students to follow a comprehensive curriculum and seek help from industry experts without facing any geological barrier.

- As Inside Sale Executive, you will be identifying, engaging and building relationships with tech and product companies in India, including their key stakeholders across Tech-Recruiters, CTO's and HRs. You will be building a continuous pipeline of job opportunities.
This role will be responsible for ensuring jobs and internships.
What you will do:
- Responsible for new business development to get tech & product companies for their Tech Recruitment
- Sourcing new relevant openings through inbound, lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, emails, LinkedIn & various other job portals
- Researching accounts, identifying key players and generating interest
- Maintaining and expanding your database of prospects across India
- Collaborating internally & externally for scheduling interviews for candidates
- Building strong client relationship to get repeat business
Candidate Profile:
What you need to have:
- Minimum 1 years' experience into Inside Sales / Lead Generation.
- Having excellent phone & email communication skills. A good listener
- Energetic and confident while communicating
- Has Min 6 months to 2 years of experience
- Has good listening skills
- Proficient in using MS office, LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of coding language is a plus
Experience : 0 to 2 years
Annual CTC : Rupees 3,00,000 to 6,00,000
