Executive - Inside Sales - Education (1-3 yrs)

Location: Hyderabad

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: - 30,000 - 55,000 in-hand per month

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in inside sales, academic counseling, telesales, or a related field

Education: Any graduate

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills required

Work Schedule: 6 days working (Sunday off)

Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Duties and Responsibilities :

Lead Conversion : Contact potential students via calls, emails, and online platforms to guide them on UG/PG courses and help them with enrollment.

Counseling & Guidance : Understand student needs, explain course details, career prospects, and provide appropriate recommendations.

Follow-Ups : Maintain consistent communication with potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and ensure maximum conversion.

Sales Target Achievement : Meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets through effective sales strategies.

Data Management : Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment progress in CRM tools.

Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing and academic teams to optimize student experience and maximize conversions.

Market Research : Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and student preferences to refine sales strategies.

Requirements :

- Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, academic counseling, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented approach.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a consultative sales approach.

- Ability to build relationships and provide a seamless admissions experience.
