The responsibilities of the Inside Sales Specialist will include:
1. Conduct targeted cold calls (50-60 Calls per day) to schools across India to introduce our products and services.
2. Identify key decision-makers within schools and establish meaningful connections.
3. Compellingly present our offerings to generate interest and secure appointments.
4. Collaborate with the broader sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
We believe that having a dedicated resource for this role will significantly enhance our outreach efforts and contribute to the overall growth of our sales pipeline. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to work independently.
This candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new edutech sales opportunities. To be successful in this role and meet or exceed quota, this candidate should feel comfortable communicating with prospects via phone and email in English, Hindi AND Tamil.
Responsibilities :
- Research, target and open new client opportunities
- Develop targeted messaging to engage prospect companies and executives
- Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Update CRM system with all customer communications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1+ years' of previous inside sales experience
- Excellent English with conversational level Hindi and Tamil.
