Executive - Inside Sales - Education (1-2 yrs)
Inside Sales Executive
Job Description:
- You will be responsible for calling the leads assigned by client, explaining our educational products (K12) designed for students in grades 1 to 7, to potential parents and converting them.
- This job requires end to end ownership of inside sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate incoming leads
- Process them, call and pitch to convert
- Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction
- Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet business needs
Desired Profile :
1. Prior over-phone people interaction experience, international or domestic
2. Flair to evaluate people through probing & exceptional listening
3. Excellent relationship building & understanding of target audience
4. Identifying persona and profile of a prospect
5. Aptitude and attitude to sell
6. Clear communication and proficient articulation
Skills Required:
1. Strong written and verbal communication in English Language
2. Analytical mind & attention to detail
3. Exceptional people evaluation skills
4. Demonstrated consultative sales experience
Qualifications:
Graduate or any other Post Graduate Degree
