Role and Responsibilities:

1. Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.

2. Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their needs, pain points, and buying behaviors.

3. Engage with prospects through effective communication techniques to build rapport and establish trust.

4. Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to potential clients, highlighting their unique value propositions.

5. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

6. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

7. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.

Skill Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).

2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Edtech industry or a related field.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.

4. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Knowledge of the Edtech industry, including key players, trends, and challenges.
