Executive - Inside Sales - Education (0-3 yrs)
- The Inside Sales Professional is a corporate executive responsible for the revenue generation process in the company. Candidates are accountable for negotiating with customers, closing deals, and educating customers about the service delivery level and product USPs.
- The sales field teaches you a lot - you gain a 360-degree understanding of how to negotiate, how businesses operate, how they make money, communicate, and how profit-driven decisions are made. To become a part of the team, you should be at least a graduate with good listening ability and should be confident in giving thoughtful recommendations to clients whilst thinking intelligently.
- In addition to their primary duties of revenue generation, Inside Sales professionals are responsible for overseeing the strategy for profitable business growth. You will be required to demonstrate good decision-making by delivering appropriate product/service messaging, information and resources to targeted customers for accomplishing sales targets and expand the client-base.
- As a sales professional, you will use your excellent pitching abilities along with interpersonal skills to impart a superlative, personalized experience to each customer. You reporting insights and recommendations will be vital in optimizing customer retention rate.
Responsibilities
- Interacting with clients and writers through both voice (Phone Calls) and non-voice support (Email, Live Chat on the Website, WhatsApp chats).
- Successfully taking ownership of the task from the allocation to the final delivery.
- Contributing efficiently to different activities of Operations in a 24/7 and highly flexible environment.
- Escalate unresolved customer requests, and pass on grievances to higher departments for further investigation and clarification.
- Always choosing the best solution to solve a problem; rectifying, adjusting, and also following up to ensure proper resolution.
- Assisting in sales or getting hold of potential customers by answering product and service questions; pitching any new product or service the company may be providing.
Requisite Skill Set :
- Excellent communications skills in English (Excellent command over UK Accent)
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent typing speed (while chatting through Website/WhatsApp)
- Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts
- Capable of maintaining profitable client relationships
- Maintain a collaborative contribution within the company's internal teams through a constructive, agile, and teamwork approach.
- Versed in analysing customer needs and recommending the best available offers based on those needs.
Qualifications :
- Graduate from any reputed institution in India/Abroad
- MBA or master's in any specialized subject would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 0-1-year experience in dealing with international clients (voice support).
- Excellent typing speed
- Ability to handle pressure and work on tight deadlines.
- Excellent multitasking skills.
